Refund policy
We have a 14-day return/refund policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Ski waxes and other hygiene products cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened. This is due to health and hygiene reasons.
An unopened product in its original packaging may be returned within 14 days.
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day European Union Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item was shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
